A professional career of over 15 years in prestigious hotel facilities in Italy and abroad (Morocco, Maldives, Mauritius Island). Starting as a beautician and therapist, she attended courses and coaching programmes that help her develop skills in the area of management, business planning, budget control, public relations and leadership. She took important roles as spa manager. She is focused on thermal spas, Thalasso Spa, City Spa, Resort Spa at both the seaside and mountain locations. She has a 360 ° knowledge of wellness tourism. She likes to take care of customers with quality standards and meet different needs putting communication and relational aspects at the center of her job. She deals with staff training and coaching activities, marketing strategies, research of cosmetic brands, creation of working methods and protocols for each professional figure in the team.  She believes in the importance of well-being of both the body and mind, also influenced by the exchange with the Oriental world.
