Franca have a solid experience in the Spa Industry gained through important rules  in iconic Hotels such as Hotel De Russie in Rome, Brown’s Hotel in London and The Gritti Palace in Venice. Her career started 20 years ago as a therapist and step by step she learnt how to manage a Spa with effective results and how to handle very demanding clients. She love to create cohesive and efficient team work, creating an environment where is very enjoyable to work together as a unite to archive the targets. Her professional interest also extends to consultancy activities for the opening of the new Spas taking care of the general organization and staff training. In partnership with a pharmaceutical company Franca had the opportunity to participate in product development process of the new skin care line by perfecting the products, creating technical protocols and training the sales team.
