Federica has over 20 years of experience in the Spa industry, with particular focus in the luxury SPA start up segment. She started her career in the Medical Beauty SPA industry as an architect, with the task of designing the functional distribution of the spaces and furnishings. She is passionate about the SPA industry, so she graduated in cosmetology from Zenzi’s Cosmetology Training Center in San Francisco, CA., than she follows specialization courses and she dedicates into the start up of Beauty Lab Palace, with the position of Medical Spa Manager. In 10 years she acquires considerable experience in SPA wellness, weight-loss, aesthetic medicine, fitness and high aesthetic technology treatments. She builds a method that embraces the guest in a multidisciplinary way: invites the client to detoxify the body, emotional rebalancing and food re-education, enhancing his lifestyle and aesthetic image. Than she held the position of Medical Spa Manager at the Argentario Golf Resort & SPA in Tuscany, dealing with the start-up of the spa, taking care of marketing strategies and widely achieving the sales objectives. In 2011 she joined the LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Group as Corporate SPA Manager for Acqua di Parma, implementing the start up of their 3 iconic SPAs at: the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda in Sardinia, The Gritti Palace in Venice and Villa Feltrinelli in Gargnano. Since 2019 she is the Spa Manager at Espace Chenot at Albereta Relais & Chateaux in Erbusco, where she promoting a winning work environment, guaranteeing a high level of service and SPA experience, in a excellence culture oriented.
