With over 15 years experience in Hospitality Industry, Emlia had the opportunity to join the Spa Industry in 2011 as wellness program advisor and starts as cluster Spa Manager in 2017. She is responsible and understand when implementing business objectives as they relate to operations, finance, human resources, marketing and heath & safety is imperative. Hire, train, and manage team members to be accountable for their actions and to be conversant in the business objectives. Her goal is conscious living for herself and give advice to other to lives in conscious ways such as healing, rejuvenation and learning for long term health. She believes in learning as it’s a never ending education and with be able to understand better the universe.
