She has successfully launched Spa, recreation, hotel & spa retail including pre-opening planning and execution in multiple luxury brand properties under challenging conditions such as Beach Rotana Hotel Abu Dhabi, The Ritz-Carlton Doha, Raffles Maldives, and Anantara Maldives. Devi have implemented and demonstrated innovative strategies to create a profitable business in UAE, Qatar, and Maldives. Her core expertise is in providing an exceptional leadership role to pre-opening teams and well established operation. To create a strong team in providing world best spa and wellness services and facilities. She is currently the Director of Spa, Wellness and Recreation at Anantara Kihavah Maldives.
