Blair during university worked in 5-star hotels in Spa management, therapy/training, then he obtained national academic prizes and an Honours Degree in Herbal & Complementary Medicine. At Harvard & Columbia University, he assisted clinical trial research in wellness and plant medicines in cancer therapy. Over several years: treating patients in private practice; managing integrative health clinics; lecturing academically on health/wellness and working in the spa industry he started leading corporate retreats. Later, Blair became a schoolteacher focusing on sport, fitness & health promotion for at-risk youths. On moving to Australia & Asia, he managed luxury hotels, resorts, cruises, liveaboards & retreats promoting wellness travel & tourism with luxury, holistic wellness programs. Creating and managing operations in spa, wellness, fitness, diving, yoga, sport and recreational leisure.
