With 16 years in the Spa Industry, Arabelle is responsible for the overall performance of the Spas in Dominican Republic for Melia Hotels International, including the wellness inclusive concept, a new brand concept of a wellbeing 360 experience at Melia Punta Cana Beach. Arabelle began her career in 2002, working for a leading private hotel and country club, including a master training of high end standards in a renowned Italian Cruise Ship all over Europe and Africa. Once she is back to the hotel, the opportunity to join the Spa Industry starts as a Spa Manager in 2005, obtaining a Spa Management master with Spa´s 2b from Ontario, Canada and starts developing new standards and brand strategy. Arabelle is responsible for a growing portfolio of spas, including a sustainable spa with a top social and economic impact thru its products and services, she brings a strategic insight, growth planning and a day to day operations management always with her team. Under her leadership the achievement of awards is a key; award winning for two years in a row of best spa in America at World Luxury Spa Award, Best Golf Resort with Spa and now with her team dedication now focus to win the best spa sustainable.
