APPOINTMENT
We recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to enjoy the full experience. All treatments start and end on time to avoid any inconvenience for subsequent guests.
HEALTH CONDITIONS
We recommend refraining from consuming alcohol prior to a spa treatment. We kindly advise male guests to shave one day prior to a facial treatment so we can achieve the best results. It is advisable for female guests not to shave legs immediately before a body treatment or scrub in order to avoid possible irritations or redness of the skin.
CLEANLINESS
The Spa is committed to maintaining cleanliness, safety and hygiene. The Spa’s equipment is sterilised and sanitised after every service and treatment.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
De La Ville Spa is not responsible for loss of personal items. We recommend that all jewellery and valuables are stored safely in your room. For external guest we have a safe at our Spa Reception.
ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES
The Spa Club is unable to accept any liability for accident or injury suffered by a guest while in the Spa.
RULES
Please dress appropriately when visiting De La Ville Spa. Trainers are compulsory in the gym. Swimwear is compulsory in all public areas. Therapists will provide you with disposable slips for treatments. Please respect the private and serene atmosphere and refrain from using mobile phones within De La Ville Spa. Changing Facilities are fully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Lockers are available in the changing area, equipped with bathrobes, flip-flops and towels.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation after 48 hours before treatment time will cause a 100% charge of the cost of services booked. In the event of no-show, the total amount will be deducted. Late arrivals will result in reduced treatments time.
